Florida Style Trim has been serving Palm Coast for more than 40 years. In 2025, our family took ownership and began a new chapter — growing our team, expanding our product offerings, and bringing a fresh approach to the business.
We’re Chris, Cassia, and Asa Elder. Together, we bring decades of experience in manufacturing, millwork, leadership, and process improvement to Florida Style Trim.

Experience Behind the Family
Chris brings more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing and process improvement, with an extensive background in manufacturing operations and developing better, more efficient processes.
Cassia brings experience in manufacturing, leadership, business operations, and process improvement. Her background includes serving as a Business Analyst at Koetter Woodworking, a manufacturer of custom hardwood doors and millwork, giving her experience at the intersection of manufacturing, products, processes, and business operations.
Asa brings hands-on experience in the millwork industry from his time at Koetter Woodworking, where he worked in warehouse operations and built doors using CNC equipment.
What We’re Building
We’re not simply maintaining Florida Style Trim — we’re growing it.
Today, Florida Style Trim offers doors, windows, stairs, door glass, trim & moulding, hardware, Fenetex Screens, and specialty products, with options for everything from a single-door replacement to larger residential and commercial projects.
